You direct your actions to the wrong target


You tend to take your anger out to the wrong target, and this is an anger issues.

There are three types of targets you might use

Yourself. This means that you keep your anger in or you take it out on yourself. For example by criticising you or creating a lot of tension in your body

Objects. This means that, when you are angry, you feel like breaking something like a phone or a pen. But this does not lead to any resolution...

Other people. There are two options here

  • Complaining. You complain to people you know and never do anything to resolve the issue

  • Getting angry at others, but they have got nothing to do with what triggered your anger, and the issue does not get resolved,
